Official rules

The fine print. We kept it clear because we like you.

  1. Sponsor: Empowher Pickleball LLC, 105 N. Main Street, P.O. Box #5, Glen Carbon, Illinois 62034. Contact: [email protected].
  2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Empowher Pickleball LLC and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible.
  3. Entry Period: Begins Tuesday, September 22, 2026 and ends Friday, September 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
  4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, leave one (1) original comment on the designated giveaway post on Empowher Pickleball's Facebook page answering the prompt: "Which Club Med destination would you choose?" Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary; a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
  5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night stay at a Club Med destination of the winner's choice, selected from the following: Club Med La Caravelle (Guadeloupe), Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda (Dominican Republic), or Club Med Punta Cana (Dominican Republic). Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,000 USD (ARV may vary slightly by destination selected; stated ARV reflects the highest-value option). Airfare and other travel expenses to and from the destination are not included. Prize is non-transferable; no cash alternative, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Friday, September 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET. The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger and announced publicly on Empowher Pickleball's Facebook page. The winner must respond and claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within this period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion.
  8. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 as required by law.
  9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity.
  10. Release: By entering, you fully release and hold harmless Meta from any liability related to this promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
