INVESTMENT
Single Occupancy: $3,000 USD
Double Occupancy: $2,700 USD per person
each player registers separately
Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is due at time of booking or pay in full at time of booking.
Final Payments: Invoices are sent after registration with final trip payment is due 120 days prior to departure.

What is the Refund & Cancellation Policy?
We know, life happens. And while we hate to see anyone miss out on an Empowher Retreat, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable
- Cancel 61–90 days before retreat: 50% refund
- Cancel 60 days or fewer before retreat: No refund
Should I Purchase Travel Insurance?
Protect your travel investment! Life happens—and while we can’t bend the rules of our cancellation and refund policy, you can protect your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected events such as: illness or injury before or during your trip, flight cancellation or delays, lost or delayed baggage, family emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
By securing travel insurance, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your trip is protected, even if plans change. What bed sizes are available & room amenities are included?
We're so glad you asked. Where you sleep is important! (Especially after a day of dinking and drinks) All single occupancy rooms have a king bed, and double occupancy rooms have an option of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. We'll grab your bed preference though a separate email later on!
Room amenities include air conditioning, telephone, TV, internet, fridge, kettle, mini fridge (non-provisioned), iron & ironing board, safe deposit box, USB socket, 100-127 V outlet.
Bathroom amenities include, shower, separate toilets, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.
Is there a sample itinerary I can view?
Of course! Lots of laughs and memories are made outside of what's listed here, but check out our sample itinerary to get a feel for what a typical Empowher Retreat looks like. Final itinerary and trip details may vary based on trip, but all final details will be shared in client communication leading up to the retreat!

I just returned from an unforgettable week at the Empower Pickleball Retreat in Turks and Caicos, and I can't recommend it enough! We stayed at the all-inclusive Club Med, which was absolutely beautiful — crystal-clear water, white sand beaches, and incredible food at every meal. The pickleball instruction, led by Kassandra and her amazing team, was truly top notch. Every day was packed with fun, high-quality coaching — skills, drills, and game play — all delivered in a friendly, supportive environment. Kassandra and her team made learning both effective and enjoyable! Beyond the courts, the retreat included fun group activities in the afternoons and evenings, as well as plenty of downtime to relax. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach, or joining excursions like snorkeling, paddle boarding, parasailing, or even getting a massage — every moment was well-balanced and memorable. This retreat was the perfect blend of activity, learning, relaxation, and connection. I would absolutely do it again and highly recommend it to any pickleball lover looking for an unforgettable getaway!
