Our coaches rotate from retreat to retreat, but one thing never changes: we only work with the best.
We have the top instructors who know how to fine-tune your shots, sharpen your strategy, and help you play with way more confidence.
Every retreat brings a slightly different mix of personalities, specialties, and teaching styles—but the goal is always the same: help you play smarter, feel more confident on the court, and fall even more in love with the game.

INVESTMENT
Single Occupancy: $4,800 USD
Double Occupancy: $3,500 USD per person
each player registers separately
Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit per person is due at time of booking or choose to pay in full at time of booking.
Final Payments: Final trip payment is due 120 days prior to departure (October 26th, 2026) If registering after 120 days, full payment is due within 2 weeks of registration.

Cancel 61–90 days before retreat: 50% refund

Of course! Lots of laughs and memories are made outside of what's listed here, but check out our sample itinerary to get a feel for what a typical Empowher Retreat looks like. Final itinerary and trip details may vary based on trip, but all final details will be shared in client communication leading up to the retreat!
Who will be the coaches for this retreat?
All of our Empowher coaches are top-notch and offer quality coaching. KaSandra Gehrke will be the lead coach on all retreats, and the rest of the coaching staff varies depending on availability. What bed sizes are available & room amenities are included?
We're so glad you asked. Where you sleep is important! (Especially after a day of dinking and drinks) All single occupancy rooms have a king bed, and double occupancy rooms have an option of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. We'll grab your bed preference though a separate email later on!
Room amenities include air conditioning, telephone, TV, internet, fridge, kettle, mini fridge (non-provisioned), iron & ironing board, safe deposit box, USB socket, 100-127 V outlet.
Bathroom amenities include, shower, separate toilets, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.
Can I upgrade my room or extend my trip?
We love the way you think. Yes- upgrades costs and trip extensions are available, but vary by trip due to resort availability. If you are interested in either an upgraded room or extending your stay, please email our team at: [email protected] to review available options!
Should I Purchase Travel Insurance?
Protect your travel investment! Life happens—and while we can’t bend the rules of our cancellation and refund policy, you can protect your trip. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment. Travel insurance can cover unexpected events such as: illness or injury before or during your trip, flight cancellation or delays, lost or delayed baggage, family emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
By securing travel insurance, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your trip is protected, even if plans change. We know, life happens. And while we hate to see anyone miss out on an Empowher Retreat, our cancellation policy is as follows:
